When you book a puja, subscribe to the Meru Letter, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, email address, and any sankalpa or booking details necessary to fulfil the ritual.
How we use it
We use your information solely to fulfil bookings, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Payment processing
Donations and puja bookings are processed by a third-party payment provider. The Pashupatinath does not store your full payment card details on its own servers.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by contacting us.
